Returns/ Refunds-
We do not offer refunds on ANY PDF digital downloads.

If you have brought an item from us and you believe it to be faulty please shoot us an email so we can resolve this issue

Delivery-
Digital downloads should be available in your emails within an hour of purchase

Physical Items are made to order so please allow 2-4 weeks for your items to be sent, depending on size of item, I always keep customers updated on the process of their order, when I start making, when i finish and when it is on its way to it's new beautiful owner.
